CONSTRUCTION
Whether your need is new construction or retrofits, ATCO has you covered. We have Project Managers that will handle all needed coordination needs. We will also provide a onsite Foreman that can handle all the technical aspects from installation through start-up. Our team will conduct regular onsite meetings and walk-through’s to ensure your project is on schedule and address any potential issues.
FABRICATION
Our customer sheet metal fabrication and duct fabrication technicians will get your project done on time and on budget. If you have a project that includes metal work and you need help, ATCO has qualified technicians that can come out and do the measuring for you.

Lincoln Lofts, an adaptive reuse project located in the Saylesville Historic District of Lincoln, RI, entailed the restoration and conversion of the Sayles Company Mill Store House and Packing building. The original 42,000 SF mill building – which dates back to the late 1800s – was repurposed into a 45-unit apartment community
